Make tangy, homemade sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles the old-fashioned way.
What is a Fermentation Crock Kit?
A fermentation crock kit includes a ceramic crock, weighting stones, and a water-seal lid for making your own fermented vegetables. It’s a time-honored kitchen craft that our grandparents knew well. The results are crunchy, tangy, and full of flavor.
So easy to use
Shred your cabbage or vegetables, add salt, pack them into the crock, and set the stones on top. Fill the water channel, close the lid, and let time do the rest.
Imagine how great you could feel
Imagine lifting the lid after a few weeks and breathing in the bright, tangy aroma of your very own sauerkraut. You fill pretty jars to share with neighbors and family. Every forkful reminds you of home-cooked traditions passed down through the years. You feel creative, connected, and proud of what your hands have made.
